Why the 14 Inch, and Not Something Cheaper
The 14 inch grinds 35 to 40 kg per hour and it is the largest machine that still runs on a 3 HP single phase motor. That matters more than the capacity. Anything larger needs a three phase connection, which in most market shops means a deposit, paperwork and a wait.
A 12 inch is cheaper but gives you 20 to 25 kg per hour, and if customers start waiting you will regret saving that money within the first month. If your daily volume genuinely stays under about 150 kg, the 12 inch is a fair choice.
