Documentation. We provide the commercial invoice and packing list from our side, and machines are crated in wood for sea or road freight. Import clearance, duty and any local certification in your country are handled by you or your clearing agent. We are happy to talk to your agent directly if that is simpler than relaying messages.
Power. This is the question that causes the most trouble. Our machines are supplied without motors, which for an overseas buyer is a genuine advantage rather than an inconvenience: you buy a motor that matches your local voltage and frequency, and you can get it serviced locally instead of shipping a heavy component across a border. We tell you the HP and phase required for each size.
Freight. For Nepal most consignments move by road through Birgunj, with Bhairahawa and Kakarbhitta also used. For sea freight from Mumbai, cost depends on volume and destination port, and it usually makes sense only for multiple units rather than one machine.
Grain. Tell us what you actually intend to grind. Wheat, maize, millets, sorghum, rice and pulses all behave differently, and if your main load is something unusual we would rather advise you before you order than have the machine underperform.
