WhatsApp for Price List →Mumbai is the one city where you can walk in, watch the machine grind your own grain, and take it home the same day. The showroom is at Shop C3, Shiv Shakti Complex, Vrindavan Road, Dahisar East, open daily 9 AM to 9 PM. Dahisar station on the Western line is the nearest, and the manufacturing unit is at Vasai Virar.
What Mumbai buyers usually want is different from the rest of Maharashtra. Space is tight and rents are high, so the machine has to earn its footprint. A 12 inch or 14 inch fits most shop layouts, and both run on single phase, which matters because getting a three phase connection sanctioned in a Mumbai market shop is slow.
Noise is the other city-specific issue. You are usually grinding under flats. A stone chakki at low RPM is much quieter than a pulveriser, and mounting it on a level concrete base rather than a wooden platform kills most of the vibration noise that annoys neighbours.
The grain mix in Mumbai is wide because the city is. Wheat and jowar for bhakri are the base, plus bajra, rice for rice flour, chana for besan, and a lot of mixed atta made to order with soya, jau or ragi added. Mixed atta on request is a genuine margin that packet brands cannot match, and it is the reason a chakki counter still works in a city full of supermarkets.
For delivery within Mumbai, Thane, Palghar and Raigad we can usually arrange it quickly and the freight is minimal compared with any other state. Machines are supplied without motor, and motors are easy to buy and repair anywhere in the city.
Yes, and we would rather you did. Bring a kilo of whatever you actually grind to the Dahisar East showroom and we will run it through in front of you.
14 inch tak nahi. 14 inch 3 HP single phase par chalta hai aur 35 se 40 kg per hour deta hai, jo colony shop ke liye kaafi hai. 16 inch aur 18 inch ke liye three phase chahiye.
A stone chakki is considerably quieter than a pulveriser, but it is not silent. Mount it on a level concrete base to cut vibration. If your shop agreement has a noise clause, this is worth checking before you sign.
