Kapi's Exclusive Technology — Zero Taki Required
The only atta chakki in India that runs for years without stone dressing (taki). Kapi's hardened composite Diamond Stone saves you thousands per year in maintenance costs — and keeps your shop running without downtime.

WhatsApp for Price →An emery stone grinds because its surface is cut into grooves. Those grooves wear down and fill up, and when they do the flour gets coarse and the machine slows. The fix is taki, cutting the grooves back in, and on a working machine that is typically a weekly job. It takes time, it needs someone who can do it properly, and every cutting removes material, so the stone has a finite life measured in years.
A diamond stone works on a different grinding surface that does not depend on maintaining cut grooves in the same way. In practice that means you are not stopping every week, you are not paying someone to cut stones, and the stone lasts considerably longer before it needs any attention at all.
Here is the honest qualification. Diamond stone costs more up front. If you grind for an hour a week at home, you may never feel the difference and an emery machine will serve you. The case for diamond stone gets stronger the harder you run the machine, and it is strongest for shops grinding all day, and for anyone grinding oily or hard grains: bajra, maize, roasted chana for sattu, ragi, millets and besan. Those are the loads that glaze an emery stone fastest.
A separate comparison worth making is against a pulveriser. A pulveriser has no stone to maintain at all, and it is faster and cheaper. What it does is run at high RPM, which heats the flour. Heat changes the taste and shortens shelf life. If you are selling on the promise of fresh chakki atta, a pulveriser works against the thing you are charging for. If you are grinding cattle feed or bulk material where taste is irrelevant, a pulveriser is the sensible choice and we will tell you so.
All our machines use diamond stone and all are supplied without a motor. Sizes run from 10 inch at 10 to 15 kg per hour up to 18 inch at 110 to 120 kg per hour.
It does not need the weekly taki an emery stone needs, which is the main practical difference. It is not immortal. Keep it clean, do not grind damp grain, do not force the feed. If it eventually needs attention, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly what it needs.
If you grind very little, at home, and price is your main concern, an emery machine can serve you. The diamond stone advantage grows with how hard and how often you run the machine.
Pulveriser tez chalta hai aur aata garam kar deta hai, jisse swad badalta hai. Stone chakki dheere chalti hai isliye aata thanda rehta hai. Agar aap fresh chakki atta bechte hain to stone chahiye. Cattle feed ke liye pulveriser theek hai.
