Kapi Mill and Machinery holds ISO 9001:2015 certification. It is worth being clear about what that actually tells you, because the phrase gets used loosely in this industry.
ISO 9001:2015 is a quality management standard. It certifies that our processes are documented, that we have defined checks at defined stages, that we keep records, and that an external auditor verifies this. It is about consistency and traceability. It is not a rating of how good a machine is, and any manufacturer with disciplined paperwork can hold it.
What it means in practice on our floor: each machine has defined inspection points before it is crated, the body and stone are checked, the shaft alignment is verified, and there is a record of it. If a machine has a problem later, we can trace when and how it was built.
Why we bothered: business buyers, dealers, and export customers frequently need to see it, and for government or institutional purchase processes it is often a requirement. If you are buying with a bank loan or under a subsidy scheme, your paperwork may well ask for it.
We also issue a proper GST invoice with every machine, which matters if you are claiming input tax credit or applying for a loan against the purchase.
